A copper alloy strip according to the present invention has an alloy composition containing 3-20 mass% of manganese with the remainder comprising copper and inevitable impurities, wherein the average value of KAM is at least 1° and less than 5° as measured by an electron backscatter diffraction method. The copper alloy strip is suitable for manufacturing chips, etc. by press processing, and has a small variation in resistance values between products or lots.

La présente invention concerne une bande d'alliage de cuivre qui présente une composition d'alliage contenant de 3 % à 20 % en masse de manganèse, le reste comprenant du cuivre et des impuretés inévitables, la valeur moyenne de KAM étant d'au moins 1° et inférieure à 5° telle que mesurée par un procédé de diffraction de rétrodiffusion d'électrons. La bande d'alliage de cuivre est appropriée pour la fabrication de puces et autres par traitement à la presse et présente une faible variation des valeurs de résistance entre des produits ou des lots.

本発明の銅合金条材は、3質量%以上20質量%以下のマンガンを含有し、残部が銅および不可避不純物からなる合金組成を有し、後方散乱電子回折法により測定されるKAMの平均値が1°以上5°未満である。本発明の銅合金条材は、プレス加工を施してチップ等を製造するのに適しており、製品やロット間に生じる抵抗値のばらつきが少ない。
