An air purifier (100) comprises a housing (1) and a blower unit (6). The blower unit (6) is disposed in the inside (M) of the housing (1). An outlet (B) disposed downstream of the blower unit (6) is formed in the housing (1). A peripheral section (30) of the housing (1) located around the outlet (B) includes a guide surface that changes the direction of the air discharged from the outlet (B) to the outside of the housing (1). It is preferred that the guide surface includes a first guide surface (31) located above the outlet (B). It is preferred that the first guide surface (31) be shaped to tilt upward.
