The hydrogen gas supply device according to one embodiment is characterized by comprising a compressor that compresses hydrogen gas and supplies the compressed hydrogen gas to an accumulator side on which the hydrogen gas is accumulated, an adsorption tower that is arranged between a discharge port of the compressor and the accumulator and includes an adsorbent that is for adsorbing impurities in the hydrogen gas that is discharged from the compressor, and a plurality of valves that are arranged on a gas inlet/outlet side of the adsorption tower, which is the discharge side of the compressor, and can seal the adsorption tower, the plurality of valves being used to seal the space inside the adsorption tower such that the inside of the adsorption tower is maintained at high pressure by the compressed hydrogen gas when the compressor has stopped.

Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation en hydrogène gazeux caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un compresseur permettant de comprimer de l'hydrogène gazeux et de fournir de l'hydrogène gazeux comprimé à un côté d'accumulateur sur lequel de l'hydrogène gazeux est accumulé, une tour d'adsorption disposée entre un orifice de décharge du compresseur et l'accumulateur et comprend un adsorbant destiné à adsorber les impuretés dans l'hydrogène gazeux évacué du compresseur, et une pluralité de valves disposées sur un côté entrée/sortie de gaz de la tour d'adsorption, qui est le côté de décharge du compresseur, et qui peut sceller la tour d'adsorption, la pluralité de valves étant utilisée pour sceller l'espace à l'intérieur de la tour d'adsorption de telle sorte que l'intérieur de la tour d'adsorption est maintenu à haute pression par l'hydrogène gazeux comprimé lorsque le compresseur s'est arrêté.

本発明の一態様の水素ガス供給装置は、水素ガスを圧縮し、水素ガスを蓄圧する蓄圧器側に圧縮された水素ガスを供給する圧縮機と、圧縮機の吐出口と蓄圧器との間に配置され、圧縮機から吐出される水素ガス中の不純物を吸着するための吸着剤が配置された吸着塔と、圧縮機の吐出側であって吸着塔のガス出入口側に配置され、吸着塔を密閉可能な複数の弁と、を備え、圧縮機が休止した場合に吸着塔内が圧縮された水素ガスによって高圧に維持されるように複数の弁を用いて吸着塔内の空間を密閉することを特徴とする。
