Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a photocatalyst having an excellent light absorption characteristic in the visible light region without using expensive and rare W. This invention relates to a method for producing a photocatalyst by uniformly mixing TiO2 powder with Al, Li, Mg or Ca, a hydride thereof or a powder mixture thereof and Fe or Cu, an oxide thereof or a powder mixture thereof, accommodating the obtained first mixed powder in a crucible, placing the crucible in a vacuum heating furnace, evacuating, and then heat treating in a vacuum at a temperature of 350-550°C.

Le problème à résoudre par la présente invention concerne la fourniture d'un photocatalyseur ayant une excellente caractéristique d'absorption de lumière dans la région de lumière visible sans utiliser de W coût et rare. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un photocatalyseur consistant à mélanger de manière uniforme une poudre de TiO2 avec Al, Li, Mg ou Ca, un hydrure de ceux-ci ou un mélange de poudre de ceux-ci et du Fe ou du Cu, un oxyde de ceux-ci ou un mélange de poudre de ceux-ci, introduire la première poudre mélangée obtenue dans un creuset, placer le creuset dans un four de chauffage sous vide, évacuer, puis traiter thermiquement sous vide à une température de 350 à 550° C.

高価で希少なWを使用せずに、可視光領域での優れた光吸収特性を持つ光触媒を提供することが課題である。本発明は、TiO2粉末とAl、Li、Mg若しくはCa、その水素化物又はそれらの混合物の粉末とFe若しくはCu、その酸化物又はそれらの混合物の粉末とを均一に混合して得た第1の混合粉末をるつぼ内に収納し、るつぼを真空加熱炉中に配置し、真空排気した後に、真空中で350~550℃の温度で熱処理して光触媒を製造する方法である。
