The present invention provides a multilayer structure described below, which enables the achievement of a stand-up pouch that has a good balance between low water vapor transmission rate and sufficient heat seal strength, while being suppressed in the change ratio of gas barrier properties after retort processing. A multilayer structure (10) which is characterized by comprising a protective layer (1), an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer (2b) and a heat seal resin layer (3b), while having an intermediate layer (3a) that contains a polypropylene resin between the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer (2b) and the heat seal resin layer (3b), and which is also characterized in that the intermediate layer (3a) additionally contains a hydrocarbon resin that has a number average molecular weight of 100-3,000 and a softening point of 60°C or more but less than 170°C.

La présente invention concerne une structure multicouche, qui permet l'obtention d'un sachet tenant debout qui a un bon équilibre entre un faible taux de transmission de vapeur d'eau et une résistance de thermoscellage suffisante, tout en supprimant un taux de modification des propriétés de barrière aux gaz après un traitement en autoclave. La structure multicouche (10) est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une couche de protection (1), une couche de copolymère d'éthylène-alcool vinylique (2b) et une couche de résine de thermoscellage (3b), tout en ayant une couche intermédiaire (3a) qui contient une résine de polypropylène entre la couche de copolymère d'éthylène-alcool vinylique (2b) et la couche de résine de thermoscellage (3b), et est également caractérisée en ce que la couche intermédiaire (3a) contient en outre une résine hydrocarbonée qui a un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 100-3 000 et un point de ramollissement supérieur ou égal à 60 °C mais inférieur à 170 °C.

低い水蒸気透過度と充分なヒートシール強度を両立し、かつレトルト処理後のガスバリア性の変化率が小さいスタンドアップパウチが得られる多層構造体として下記を提供する。 保護層(1)、エチレン-ビニルアルコール系共重合体層(2b)、及びヒートシール樹脂層(3b)を有し、上記エチレン-ビニルアルコール系共重合体層(2b)と上記ヒートシール樹脂層(3b)の間にポリプロピレン系樹脂を含有する中間層(3a)を有し、上記中間層(3a)が、数平均分子量が100~3000であり、軟化点が60℃以上170℃未満である炭化水素系樹脂をさらに含むことを特徴とする多層構造体(10)。
