A separation method that includes a separation step in which a zeolite membrane composite is used to separate a branched diolefin from a branched hydrocarbon mixture that includes the branched diolefin and at least one type of branched hydrocarbon that has the same number n of carbons as the branched diolefin and has no more than one carbon-carbon double bond. The zeolite membrane composite used in said step includes a porous support body and an FAU-type zeolite membrane that is formed on at least one surface of the porous support body. The FAU-type zeolite membrane is a silylated FAU-type zeolite membrane that has silyl groups on the surface thereof.

L'invention concerne un procédé de séparation qui comprend une étape de séparation dans laquelle un composite de membrane de zéolite est utilisé pour séparer une dioléfine ramifiée d'un mélange d'hydrocarbures ramifiés qui comprend la dioléfine ramifiée et au moins un type d'hydrocarbure ramifié qui comprend le même nombre n de carbones que la dioléfine ramifiée et ne comprend pas plus d'une double liaison carbone-carbone. Le composite de membrane de zéolite utilisé dans ladite étape comprend un corps de support poreux et une membrane de zéolite de type FAU qui est formée sur au moins une surface du corps de support poreux. La membrane de zéolite de type FAU est une membrane de zéolite de type FAU silylée qui comprend des groupes silyle sur sa surface.

ゼオライト膜複合体を用いて、炭素数nが等しい、分岐鎖状ジオレフィンと、少なくとも一種の、炭素-炭素二重結合の数が1以下である分岐鎖状炭化水素とを含む分岐鎖状炭化水素混合物から分岐鎖状ジオレフィンを分離する分離工程を含む、分離方法である。かかる工程において用いられるゼオライト膜複合体は、多孔性支持体と、該多孔性支持体の少なくとも一つの表面に形成されたFAU型ゼオライト膜とを含み、さらに、該FAU型ゼオライト膜が、表面にシリル基を有するシリル化FAU型ゼオライト膜である、ゼオライト膜複合体である。
