Abstract

This sand composition contains a fire-resistant granular material, an acid catalyst, and inorganic fine particles having an average primary particle size of 5-500 nm. The content of the inorganic fine particles is preferably 0.1-2.0 parts by mass and the content of the acid catalyst is preferably 0.05-2.0 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the fire-resistant granular material.

Cette composition de sable contient un matériau granulaire résistant au feu, un catalyseur acide, et des particules fines inorganiques ayant une taille de particule primaire moyenne de 5 à 500 nm. La teneur en fines particules inorganiques est de préférence de 0,1 à 2,0 parties en masse et la teneur en catalyseur acide est de préférence de 0,05 à 2,0 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse du matériau granulaire résistant au feu.

耐火性粒状材料と、酸触媒と、平均一次粒子径が5~500nmの無機微粒子とを含む、砂組成物を用いる。前記耐火性粒状材料100質量部に対して、前記無機微粒子の含有量は0.1~2.0質量部が好ましく、前記酸触媒の含有量は0.05~2.0質量部が好ましい。
