The present disclosure relates to an optical system, an endoscope, and a medical image processing system which make it possible to adjust the effect of extending depth of field. This medical image processing system is provided with: a light source that irradiates an object to be observed with light; an imaging control unit which controls imaging of the object to be observed irradiated with the light; a scope that is cylindrically formed using a hard or soft material; a camera head that has a built-in imaging element for capturing an image; and an endoscope having an optical element insertion part provided between a lens tube and the camera head. The optical insertion part has two or more optical elements having the effect of extending depth of field, and at least some of the optical elements are configured to be movable. This technology is applicable, for example, to a medial image processing system having an EDOF optical system.

La présente invention concerne un système optique, un endoscope et un système de traitement d'image médicale qui permettent d'ajuster l'effet d'extension de profondeur de champ. Ce système de traitement d'image médicale comprend une source de lumière qui irradie un objet à observer avec de la lumière ; une unité de commande d'imagerie qui commande l'imagerie de l'objet à observer irradié avec la lumière ; un endoscope qui est formé de manière cylindrique à l'aide d'un matériau dur ou mou ; une tête de caméra qui a un élément d'imagerie intégré pour capturer une image ; et un endoscope ayant une partie d'insertion d'élément optique disposée entre un tube de lentille et la tête de caméra. La partie d'insertion optique a deux éléments optiques ou plus ayant pour effet l'extension de la profondeur de champ et au moins certains des éléments optiques sont configurés pour être mobiles. 本開示は、被写界深度を拡大させる効果を調整することができるようにする光学系、内視鏡、および医療用画像処理システムに関する。 医療用画像処理システムは、観察対象に対して光を照射する光源と、光が照射された観察対象の撮像を制御する撮像制御部と、硬性または軟性の材料を用いて筒状に形成されるスコープ、画像を撮像する撮像素子を内蔵するカメラヘッド、および鏡筒とカメラヘッドとの間に設けられる光学素子挿入部を有する内視鏡とを備える。そして、光学素子挿入部には、被写界深度を拡大させる効果を有する2枚以上の光学素子を有し、少なくとも一部の光学素子が可動型に構成される。本技術は、例えば、EDOF光学系を有する医療用画像処理システムに適用できる。
