Provided is an alloy powder from which a magnetic member having an extremely high frequency FR can be manufactured. A powder for a magnetic member comprises a plurality of flat particles. Each of the flat particles comprises an Fe-based alloy which contains 6.5 to 32.0% by mass inclusive of Ni, 6.0 to 14.0% by mass inclusive of Al, 0 to 17.0% by mass inclusive of Co, 0 to 7.0% by mass inclusive of Cu and a remainder made up by Fe and unavoidable impurities. The average thickness Tav of the powder is 3.0 μm or less. The saturation magnetization Ms of the powder is 0.9T or more. The coercive force iHc of the powder is 16 kA/m or more. The Fe-based alloy has a structure produced by spinodal decomposition.

La présente invention concerne une poudre d'alliage à partir de laquelle un élément magnétique ayant une fréquence FR extrêmement élevée peut être fabriqué. La poudre pour fabriquer l'élément magnétique comprend une pluralité de particules plates. Chacune des particules plates comprend un alliage à base de Fe qui contient 6,5 à 32,0 % en masse compris de Ni, 6,0 à 14,0 % en masse compris d'Al, 0 à 17,0 % en masse compris de Co, 0 à 7,0 % en masse compris de Cu et un reste constitué de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables. L'épaisseur moyenne Tav de la poudre est inférieure ou égale à 3,0 µm. La magnétisation de saturation Ms de la poudre est de 0,9 T ou plus. La force coercitive iHc de la poudre est de 16 kA/m ou plus. L'alliage à base de Fe présente une structure produite par décomposition spinodale.

周波数FRが極めて高い磁性部材が得られうる、合金粉末が提供される。磁性部材用の粉末は、複数の扁平粒子からなる。これらの扁平粒子は、6.5質量%以上32.0質量%以下のNi、6.0質量%以上14.0質量%以下のAl、0質量%以上17.0質量%以下のCo、0質量%以上7.0質量%以下のCuを含有し、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物であるFe系合金で構成される。この粉末の平均厚さTavは、3.0μm以下である。この粉末の飽和磁化Msは、0.9T以上である。この粉末の保磁力iHcは、16kA/m以上である。このFe系合金は、スピノーダル分解によって得られた組織を有する。
