[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide, at low cost, a separator for secondary batteries, which sufficiently exhibits the characteristics of a porous layer by having excellent adhesion between the porous layer and a porous base material, and which has excellent battery characteristics. [Solution] A porous film which is obtained by superposing a porous layer that contains a heat-resistant resin having no melting point or a melting point of 200°C or higher on at least one surface of a porous base material that is formed of a polyolefin, and which is configured such that: the porous layer has a porosity of from 50% to 80% (inclusive) and a strength of 0.4 N/10 mm or more; and the strength of the porous layer is lower than the adhesion strength between the porous layer and the porous base material formed of a polyolefin as determined by a 180 degree peel test in the longitudinal direction.

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir, à faible coût, un séparateur pour batteries secondaires, qui présente suffisamment les caractéristiques d'une couche poreuse en ayant une excellente adhérence entre la couche poreuse et un matériau de base poreux, et qui a d'excellentes caractéristiques de batterie. La solution selon l'invention est un film poreux qui est obtenu en superposant une couche poreuse qui contient une résine résistante à la chaleur n'ayant pas de point de fusion ou un point de fusion de 200 °C ou plus sur au moins une surface d'un matériau de base poreux qui est formé d'une polyoléfine, et qui est configuré de telle sorte que : la couche poreuse a une porosité de 50% à 80% (inclus) et une résistance de 0.4 N/10 mm ou plus ; et la résistance de la couche poreuse est inférieure à la résistance d'adhérence entre la couche poreuse et le matériau de base poreux formé d'une polyoléfine, telle que déterminée par un test de pelage à 180 degrés dans la direction longitudinale.

【課題】本発明の目的は、多孔質基材と多孔質層の密着性が優れることによる多孔質層の特性を十分に発現し、優れた電池特性を有した二次電池用セパレータを低コストで提供することにある。 【解決手段】ポリオレフィン製多孔質基材の少なくとも片面に、融点が200℃以上であるもしくは融点を有さない耐熱性樹脂を含む多孔質層が積層され、前記多孔質層は空隙率が50%以上80%以下であり、且つ強度が0.4N/10mm以上であり、前記多孔質層の強度が長手方向の180度剥離試験における前記ポリオレフィン製多孔質基材と前記多孔質層の密着強度より低い多孔性フィルム。
