Provided is a measurement apparatus that can acquire measurement date/time information without providing a clock in a measurement unit. A health information management system comprises: a sphygmomanometer that measures blood pressure information and has an RTC capable of acquiring a count value at each measurement time; and a smartphone that has a clock unit capable of acquiring date/time information, said system being configured to perform at least information transmission from the sphygmomanometer to the smartphone. A measurement date/time of the blood pressure information is specified on the basis of: a difference between the count value at the time of the measurement and a count value at the time of information transmission from the sphygmomanometer to the smartphone; and the date/time information that the smartphone acquires from the clock unit.

L'invention concerne un appareil de mesure pouvant acquérir des informations de date/heure de mesure sans fournir d'horloge dans une unité de mesure. Un système de gestion d'informations de santé comprend : un sphygmomanomètre qui mesure des informations de pression artérielle et possède une RTC apte à acquérir une valeur de comptage à chaque instant de mesure ; et un téléphone intelligent possédant une unité d'horloge apte à acquérir des informations de date/heure, ledit système étant conçu pour effectuer au moins une transmission d'informations depuis le sphygmomanomètre vers le téléphone intelligent. Une date/heure de mesure des informations de tension artérielle est spécifiée en fonction : d'une différence entre la valeur de comptage au moment de la mesure et une valeur de comptage au moment de la transmission d'informations depuis le sphygmomanomètre vers le téléphone intelligent ; et des informations de date/heure que le téléphone intelligent acquiert en provenance de l'unité d'horloge.

測定部に時計を備えることなく、測定日時情報を取得することが可能な測定機器を提供する。健康情報管理システムは、血圧情報を測定するとともに、各測定時のカウント値を取得可能なRTCを有する血圧計と、日時情報を取得できる時計部を有するスマートフォンを含み、少なくとも血圧計からスマートフォンへの情報送信が可能に構成されている。測定時のカウント値と、血圧計からスマートフォンへの情報送信時のカウント値との差分と、スマートフォンが時計部から取得する日時情報に基づいて、血圧情報の測定日時を特定する。
