This clutch control device comprises a clutch device (26) that blocks and allows transmission of motive power between a prime mover (13) and a drive wheel (12), a clutch actuator (50) that drives the clutch device (26) to change a clutch capacity, a driven mechanism (28) that is disposed between the clutch actuator (50) and the clutch device (26) and that is actuated by the driving of the clutch actuator (50) to actuate the clutch device (26), a control unit (60) that computes a control target value for the clutch capacity, and a temperature sensor (49) that measures the temperature of the driven mechanism (28), the control unit (60) revising the control target value on the basis of the temperature measured by the temperature sensor (49).
