Provided are: a medical tubular body delivery device which enables frictional resistance between an outer tube and other things to be reduced and manipulating resistance during traction of the outer tube to be reduced, thereby enhancing handleability, and which enables stable placement of a medical tubular body; and a method for manufacturing the same. The device is for delivering a medical tubular body (2) into a human body and comprises: an outer tube (10) which has the medical tubular body (2) disposed in a lumen thereof; a traction member (20) which is connected to the outer tube (10); a traction member accommodating tube (30) which has the traction member (20) inserted in a lumen thereof; a wire (40) which is disposed outside the traction member accommodating tube (30); a covering tube (50) which has the traction member accommodating tube (30) and the wire (40) disposed in a lumen thereof; and a protection tube (60) which has the covering tube (50) disposed in a lumen thereof. The traction member accommodating tube (30) and the wire (40) are fixed to each other at a distal side of a distal end (50a) of the covering tube (50) and a proximal side of a proximal end (10b) of the outer tube (10), and the traction member accommodating tube (30) and the wire (40) are not fixed to each other in a portion in which the covering tube (50) exists.

L'invention concerne : un dispositif de distribution de corps tubulaire médical qui permet de diminuer la résistance de frottement entre un tube externe et d'autres objets, de réduire la résistance pendant la traction du tube externe, ce qui en améliore la maniabilité, et d'obtenir un placement stable d'un corps tubulaire médical ; et son procédé de fabrication. Le dispositif est destiné à distribuer un corps tubulaire médical (2) dans un corps humain et comprend : un tube externe (10), le corps tubulaire médical (2) étant disposé dans une lumière de celui-ci ; un élément de traction (20) qui est relié au tube externe (10) ; un tube de réception d'élément de traction (30), l'élément de traction (20) étant introduit dans une lumière de celui-ci ; un fil (40) qui est disposé à l'extérieur du tube de réception d'élément de traction (30) ; un tube de recouvrement (50), le tube de réception d'élément de traction (30) et le fil (40) étant disposés dans une lumière de celui-ci ; et un tube de protection (60), le tube de recouvrement (50) étant disposé dans une lumière de celui-ci. Le tube de réception d'élément de traction (30) et le fil (40) sont fixés l'un à l'autre sur un côté distal d'une extrémité distale (50a) du tube de recouvrement (50) et un côté proximal d'une extrémité proximale (10b) du tube externe (10), et le tube de réception d'élément de traction (30) et le fil (40) ne sont pas fixés l'un à l'autre dans une partie pourvue du tube de recouvrement (50).

外管と他物との摩擦抵抗を小さくし、外管の牽引時の操作抵抗を低減して扱いやすく、また、医療用管状体の留置を安定して行うことができる医療用管状体搬送装置およびその製造方法を提供する。医療用管状体(2)を体内に搬送する装置であって、医療用管状体(2)が内腔に配置されている外側チューブ(10)と、外側チューブ(10)に接続されている牽引部材(20)と、牽引部材(20)が内腔に挿通されている牽引部材収納チューブ(30)と、牽引部材収納チューブ(30)の外方に配置されている線材(40)と、牽引部材収納チューブ(30)と線材(40)が内腔に配置されている被覆チューブ(50)と、被覆チューブ(50)が内腔に配置されている保護チューブ(60)と、を有し、被覆チューブ(50)の遠位端(50a)よりも遠位側であって、外側チューブ(10)の近位端(10b)よりも近位側において、牽引部材収納チューブ(30)と線材(40)とが互いに固定されており、被覆チューブ(50)が存在している部分において、牽引部材収納チューブ(30)と線材(40)とが互いに非固定である。
