Provided is a fibrillated chemically modified cellulose fiber which has a type-I cellulose crystallinity of at least 50%, an anionization degree of 0.10-2.00 meq/g, and an average fiber diameter of greater than 500 nm. Also, provided is a fibrillated chemically modified cellulose fiber, wherein the value (A/B) obtained by dividing the viscosity A measured at a shear rate of 0.01/sec by the viscosity B measured at a shear rate of 1000/sec in an aqueous dispersion having a solid content of 1 mass% is at least 100. These fibers have high water retention and high thixotropy.

L'invention concerne une fibre cellulosique fibrillée chimiquement modifiée dotée d'une cristallinité de cellulose de type I d'au moins 50 %, d'un degré d'anionisation de 0,10 à 2,00 meq/g, et d'un diamètre de fibre moyen supérieur à 500 nm. L'invention concerne également une fibre cellulosique fibrillée chimiquement modifiée, dans laquelle la valeur (A/B) obtenue par division de la viscosité A mesurée à un taux de cisaillement de 0,01/sec par la viscosité B mesurée à un taux de cisaillement de 1000/sec dans une dispersion aqueuse ayant une teneur en solides de 1 % en masse est d'au moins 100. Ces fibres présentent une rétention d'eau et une thixotropie élevée.

セルロースI型の結晶化度が50%以上であり、アニオン化度が0.10meq/g以上2.00meq/g以下であり、平均繊維径が500nmよりも大きいフィブリル化された化学変性セルロース繊維を提供する。また、固形分1質量%の水分散体において、ずり速度0.01/秒で測定した粘度Aをずり速度1000/秒で測定した粘度Bで除した値(A/B)が、100以上である、フィブリル化された化学変性セルロース繊維も提供する。これらの繊維は、高い保水性と高いチキソトロピー性を有する。
