Provided is a molding apparatus (molding apparatus 10) for molding a metal pipe (metal pipe 100) by expanding a metal pipe material (metal pipe material 14), the molding apparatus comprising: electrodes (electrodes 17, 18) for holding the metal pipe material and supplying electric power to the metal pipe material to heat the metal pipe material; a molding die (molding die 30) for quenching the expanded metal pipe; and members (first insulating materials 91a, 101a, sliding materials 92, 102) disposed between the electrodes and the molding die, wherein the unquenched region of the metal pipe is adjusted through the length adjustment of the members.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de moulage (appareil de moulage 10) pour mouler un tuyau métallique (tuyau métallique 100) en dilatant un matériau du tuyau métallique (matériau du tuyau métallique 14), l'appareil de moulage comprenant : des électrodes (électrodes 17, 18) pour tenir le matériau du tuyau métallique et fournir de l'énergie électrique au matériau du tuyau métallique pour chauffer le matériau du tuyau métallique ; une matrice de moulage (matrice de moulage 30) pour tremper le tuyau métallique dilaté ; et des éléments (premiers matériaux isolants 91a, 101a, matériaux coulissants 92, 102) disposés entre les électrodes et la matrice de moulage, la région non trempée du tuyau métallique étant ajustée par l'ajustement de la longueur des éléments.

成形装置(成形装置10)は、金属パイプ材料(金属パイプ材料14)を膨張させて金属パイプ(金属パイプ100)を成形する成形装置であって、金属パイプ材料を保持すると共に、金属パイプ材料へ電力を供給して該金属パイプ材料を加熱する電極(電極17、18)と、膨張した金属パイプを焼き入れ成形する成形金型(成形金型30)と、電極と成形金型との間に配置される部材(第1の絶縁材91a、101a、摺動材92、102)と、を備え、部材の長さの調整が行われることで、金属パイプにおいて焼き入れが行われない領域が調整される。
