Abstract

A resin sheet for heat molding, which is formed of a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)-based resin. The difference between the melting point peak temperature and the melting point peak end temperature on the high temperature side in the differential scanning calorimetric analysis of the poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)-based resin is 10°C or more; and the sheet has a thickness of from 0.15 mm to 1 mm. It is preferable that the melt viscosity of the poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)-based resin at 160°C is 10,000 poises or more.

La présente invention concerne une feuille de résine pour moulage à chaud, qui est formée d'une résine à base de poly(3-hydroxybutyrate). La différence entre la température maximale de point de fusion et la température d'extrémité de pic de point de fusion du côté haute température dans l'analyse calorimétrique à balayage différentiel de la résine à base de poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) est de 10 °C ou plus ; et la feuille a une épaisseur de 0,15 mm à 1 mm. Il est préférable que la viscosité à l'état fondu du poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) à 160 °C soit de 10 000 poises ou plus.

ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート)系樹脂からなる、熱成形用樹脂シート。前記ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート)系樹脂の示差走査熱量分析における融点ピーク温度と、融点ピークの高温側の終了温度の差が10℃以上であり、前記シートの肉厚が0.15~1mmである。前記ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート)系樹脂の160℃における溶融粘度が10000poise以上であることが好ましい。
