Abstract

Provided are a solid electrolyte (1) comprising stabilized or partially stabilized zirconia, and a gas sensor provided with the solid electrolyte (1). The percentage change in a crystallite diameter, pre-versus-post-heating of the solid electrolyte (1) from room temperature to 1200°C, of at least one of a cubic phase (21) and a tetragonal phase (23) in crystalline particles (2) constituting the solid electrolyte (1) is not more than 10%. The solid electrolyte preferably comprises partially stabilized zirconia.

L'invention concerne un électrolyte solide (1) comprenant de la zircone stabilisée ou partiellement stabilisée (2) et un capteur de gaz (5) pourvu dudit électrolyte solide (1). Le pourcentage de changement d'un diamètre des cristallites, entre avant et après chauffage de l'électrolyte solide (1) de la température ambiante à 1200 °C, d'au moins l'une d'une phase cubique (21) et d'une phase tétragonale (23) dans des particules cristallines (2) constituant l'électrolyte solide (1) n'est pas supérieur à 10 %. L'électrolyte solide comprend de préférence de la zircone partiellement stabilisée.

安定化又は部分安定化ジルコニアからなる固体電解質(1)および固体電解質(1)を備えるガスセンサである。固体電解質(1)を室温から1200℃へ加熱した前後における、固体電解質(1)を構成する結晶粒子(2)における立方晶相(21)及び正方晶相(23)の少なくとも一方の結晶子径の変化率が10%以下である。固体電解質は、部分安定化ジルコニアからなることが好ましい。
