The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power conversion device, a drive device, and a power steering device with a novel structure having good heat dissipation efficiency for a plurality of elements having different heat quantities. One embodiment of this power conversion device converts power from a power supply and supplies the power to a motor, the power conversion device comprising: an inverter that is connected to a winding of the motor, and that comprises a plurality of switch elements (131, 132) that generate heat in conjunction with the operation of a power control; and a substrate (1003) on which the switch elements are mounted, and of the switch elements, the first switch element (131) is mounted in a first region (R1) on the substrate, and the second switch element (132) generates more heat than the first switch element, and is mounted on a second region (R2) having higher heat dissipation than the first region.

L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de conversion de puissance, un dispositif de pilotage et un dispositif de direction assistée avec une nouvelle structure affichant une bonne efficacité de dissipation de chaleur pour une pluralité d'éléments dont les quantités de chaleur sont différentes. Selon un mode de réalisation, le présent dispositif de conversion de puissance convertit de la puissance provenant d'une alimentation en puissance et applique la puissance à un moteur, le dispositif de conversion de puissance comprenant : un inverseur connecté à un enroulement du moteur, et comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de commutation (131, 132) qui génèrent de la chaleur conjointement avec le fonctionnement d'une commande de puissance ; et un substrat (1003) sur lequel sont montés les éléments de commutation et, parmi les éléments de commutation, le premier élément de commutation (131) est monté dans une première région (R1) sur le substrat, et le second élément de commutation (132) génère plus de chaleur que le premier élément de commutation et est monté sur une seconde région (R2) affichant une dissipation de chaleur supérieure à celle de la première région.
