An insulated copper wire (10) comprises a copper wire and an insulating coating (12) that covers the surface of the copper wire, wherein: the insulating coating (12) includes a polymeric material with amide bonds; at a stripped surface (14) formed on the surface of the insulated copper wire by peeling away the insulating coating (12), copper atoms bonded with nitrogen atoms or carbon atoms are more abundant than copper atoms bonded with oxygen atoms; and an oxygen-containing layer (13) that contains at least 10 at% oxygen is formed from the stripped surface (14) in the depth direction, with the thickness of the oxygen-containing layer (13) being in the range of 2-30 nm. An electric coil is formed by winding the insulated copper wire (10).

L'invention concerne un fil de cuivre isolé (10) comprenant un fil de cuivre et un revêtement isolant (12) qui recouvre la surface du fil de cuivre, le revêtement isolant (12) comprend un matériau polymère avec des liaisons amide ; au niveau d'une surface décapée (14) formée sur la surface du fil de cuivre isolé par pelage du revêtement isolant (12), des atomes de cuivre liés à des atomes d'azote ou des atomes de carbone sont plus abondants que les atomes de cuivre liés à des atomes d'oxygène ; et une couche contenant de l'oxygène (13) qui contient au moins 10 % atomique d'oxygène est formée à partir de la surface décapée (14) dans la direction de la profondeur, l'épaisseur de la couche contenant de l'oxygène (13) étant dans la plage de 2 à 30 nm. Une bobine électrique est formée par enroulement du fil de cuivre isolé (10).

絶縁銅線は、銅線と、前記銅線の表面を被覆する絶縁皮膜(12)とを有する絶縁銅線(10)であって、前記絶縁皮膜(12)は、アミド結合を有する高分子材料を含み、前記絶縁皮膜(12)を引き剥すことによって前記絶縁銅線の表面に形成された剥離面(14)において、窒素原子または炭素原子と結合した銅原子が、酸素原子と結合した銅原子よりも多く存在し、かつ剥離面(14)から深さ方向に酸素を10原子%以上含有する酸素含有層(13)が形成されていて、前記酸素含有層(13)の膜厚が2nm以上30nm以下の範囲内にある。電気コイルは、上記の絶縁銅線(10)を巻回して形成したものである。
