This in-vehicle power supply device is provided with a step-down circuit (140), a control unit (130), and a boost power supply unit (150). The step-down circuit is equipped with MOSFETs as switching elements, receives the voltage from a battery (2), steps down, by the on/off operations of the switching elements, the received voltage to a voltage with which a device (170) to be operated operates, and outputs the voltage to the device to be operated. The control unit controls the operation of the step-down circuit. The boost power supply unit is provided in parallel with the step-down circuit, receives the voltage from the battery, and boosts the received voltage to output the boosted voltage to the control unit.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation électrique embarqué pourvu d'un circuit abaisseur (140), d'une unité de commande (130) et d'une unité d'amplification d'alimentation électrique (150). Le circuit abaisseur est équipé de transistors MOSFET en tant qu'éléments de commutation, reçoit la tension provenant d'une batterie (2), abaisse, par les opérations de conduction/blocage des éléments de commutation, la tension reçue à une tension à laquelle un dispositif (170) à commander fonctionne, et délivre la tension au dispositif à mettre en œuvre. L'unité de commande commande le fonctionnement du circuit abaisseur.
