A method for transmitting data in an optical source of an optical distribution network is proposed. The method comprises: obtaining characteristics of a frequency detuning impairment occurring in the transmission of the optical source when switching from a non-transmission to a data transmission; and transmitting data based on the characteristics of the frequency detuning impairment.

L'invention concerne un procédé de transmission de données dans une source optique d'un réseau de distribution optique. Le procédé consiste à : obtenir des caractéristiques d'une dégradation de désaccord de fréquence se produisant dans la transmission de la source optique lors de la commutation d'une non transmission à une transmission de données ; et transmettre des données sur la base des caractéristiques de la dégradation de désaccord de fréquence.
