An adhesive sheet for work processing, which is provided with a base material and an adhesive layer that is superposed on one surface of the base material, and which is configured such that: the adhesive layer is formed of an active energy ray-curable adhesive that is composed of an adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer wherein an active energy ray-curable group is introduced into a side chain; the acrylic polymer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of from -80°C to -30°C (inclusive); and a surface of the base material is provided with a coating layer that contains a pyrrolidone compound, said surface being in contact with the adhesive layer. This adhesive sheet for work processing is capable of suppressing adhesive residue on a work.

La présente invention concerne une feuille adhésive pour un traitement de pièces, qui est pourvue d'un matériau de base et d'une couche adhésive qui est superposée sur une surface du matériau de base, et qui est conçue de telle sorte que : la couche adhésive est formée d'un adhésif durcissable par rayonnement d'énergie active qui est composé d'une composition adhésive contenant un polymère acrylique dans lequel un groupe durcissable par rayonnement d'énergie active est introduit dans une chaîne latérale ; le polymère acrylique a une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) de -80 °C à -30 °C (inclus) ; et une surface du matériau de base est pourvue d'une couche de revêtement qui contient un composé de pyrrolidone, ladite surface étant en contact avec la couche adhésive. Cette feuille adhésive pour traitement de pièces est capable de supprimer un résidu adhésif sur une pièce.

基材と、前記基材における片面に積層された粘着剤層とを備えるワーク加工用粘着シートであって、前記粘着剤層が、側鎖に活性エネルギー線硬化性基が導入されたアクリル系重合体を含有する粘着性組成物から形成された活性エネルギー線硬化性の粘着剤からなり、前記アクリル系重合体のガラス転移温度(Tg)が、-80℃以上、-30℃以下であり、前記基材における前記粘着剤層と接する面には、ピロリドン系化合物を含有するコート層が形成されているワーク加工用粘着シート。かかるワーク加工用粘着シートによれば、ワークへの糊残りを抑制することができる。
