Provided is a method for manufacturing an easily-manufacturable anisotropic conduction sheet which can be used for inspection of high frequency components and semiconductor packages in which wirings are laid at a narrow pitch and the wirings are formed of thin wires. The anisotropic conduction sheet manufacturing method is characterized by comprising: a molding step for molding, into a sheet-like body, a conductive filler-containing composition that contains (A) a conductive filler dispersed in an organic solvent and (B) a binder resin; and an organic solvent volatilization step for volatilizing the organic solvent from one surface of the sheet-like body by applying heat to the other surface of the sheet-like body.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille à conduction anisotrope facile à fabriquer qui peut être utilisée pour l'inspection de composants à haute fréquence et de boîtiers semi-conducteurs dans lesquels des câblages sont posés à un pas étroit et les câblages sont constitués de fils fins. Le procédé de fabrication de feuille à conduction anisotrope est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de moulage pour mouler, en un corps en forme de feuille, une composition contenant une charge conductrice qui contient (A) une charge conductrice dispersée dans un solvant organique et (B) une résine liante ; et une étape de volatilisation de solvant organique pour volatiliser le solvant organique d'une surface du corps en forme de feuille en appliquant de la chaleur à l'autre surface du corps en forme de feuille.

配線が狭ピッチ化され、配線自体も細線化した半導体パッケージや高周波部品の検査に用いることができ、容易に製造することができる異方導電性シートの製造方法を提供する。 (A)有機溶媒に分散された導電性充填材と(B)バインダー樹脂とを含む導電性充填材含有組成物をシート状体に成形する成形工程と、前記シート状体の一面を加熱することにより前記シート状体の他面から前記有機溶媒を揮発させる有機溶媒揮発工程とを含むことを特徴とする異方導電性シートの製造方法。
