A grounding device mountable onto an electrical motor housing proximate an electrical motor shaft, the grounding device including a fixed mounting frame, having mounting means for mounting onto the electrical motor housing and a conductive fibre mounting assembly mounted onto the fixed mounting frame, the conductive fibre mounting assembly defined by a cartridge and conductive fibres mounted onto the cartridge, which fibres extend towards the electrical motor shaft, in which the cartridge is radially adjustable within the fixed mounting frame relative to the electrical motor shaft so that a free end of the conductive fibres are adjusted to be in contact with the electrical motor shaft.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mise à la terre qui peut être monté sur un boîtier de moteur électrique à proximité d'un arbre de moteur électrique, le dispositif de mise à la terre comprenant un cadre de montage fixe, ayant des moyens de montage pour le montage sur le boîtier de moteur électrique et un ensemble de montage de fibre conductrice monté sur le cadre de montage fixe, l'ensemble de montage de fibre conductrice étant défini par une cartouche et des fibres conductrices montées sur la cartouche, lesdites fibres s'étendant vers l'arbre de moteur électrique, la cartouche étant ajustable radialement à l'intérieur du cadre de montage fixe par rapport à l'arbre de moteur électrique de telle sorte qu'une extrémité libre des fibres conductrices est ajustée pour être en contact avec l'arbre de moteur électrique.
