Abstract

A fluid suspension tube comprises at least one intake tube section (101) comprising a throttle (102) for accelerating a fluid flow received at the intake tube section, a fluid suspension chamber (103) connected to the intake tube section, and an outtake tube section (104) connected to the fluid suspension chamber and for conducting the fluid flow out from the fluid suspension chamber. A transitional region (105) from the intake tube section to the fluid suspension chamber forms an enlargement of a cross-sectional flow area for slowing down the accelerated fluid flow. Kinetic energy of the accelerated fluid flow is advantageous for achieving desired reactions between ingredients of the fluid flow as well as for reduction of retention time. In the fluid suspension chamber, the kinetic energy is at least partially converted to pressure without additional energy consumption.

L'invention concerne un tube de suspension de fluide comprenant au moins une section de tube d'admission (101) composée d'un étranglement (102) servant à accélérer un écoulement de fluide reçu dans la section de tube d'admission, une chambre de suspension de fluide (103) reliée à la section de tube d'admission, et une section de tube de sortie (104) reliée à la chambre de suspension de fluide et permettant de diriger l'écoulement de fluide hors de la chambre de suspension de fluide. Une région de transition (105) de la section de tube d'admission à la chambre de suspension de fluide forme un agrandissement d'une zone d'écoulement en coupe transversale pour ralentir l'écoulement accéléré de fluide. L'énergie cinétique de l'écoulement accéléré de fluide est avantageuse pour obtenir des réactions souhaitées entre des ingrédients de l'écoulement de fluide ainsi que pour réduire le temps de rétention. Dans la chambre de suspension de fluide, l'énergie cinétique est au moins partiellement convertie en pression sans consommation d'énergie supplémentaire.
