The present invention relates to a method and a device for distinguishing biological tissues in a surgical region in vivo, under real clinical conditions, where there are residues, suspended particles deposited on the surgical region, tissue elements or liquids, and other external agents, all of which complicate or prevent the taking of measurements that allow the subsequent distinction of tissue at specific points of the tissue. The difficulty of taking measures at specific points prevents the distinction of biological tissues in regions, and in particular in a surgical region. The invention is characterised in that it establishes a discretisation of the surgical region in which a plurality of measurements is taken, it not being necessary for all points of the discretisation to comprise measurement values. A value weighting is carried out for each point, either of a measurement or of specific parameters determined according to the measurement, the weighting using neighbouring values of the discretisation so as to be able to differentiate the tissue type.

La presente invención es un método y un dispositivo de distinción de tejidos biológicos en una región operatoria in vivo en condiciones clínicas reales donde la existencia de residuos, partículas en suspensión que se depositan en la región operatoria, existencia de elementos tisulares o de líquidos y otros agentes externos, todo ellos dificultan o impiden la toma de medidas que permiten la posterior distinción de tejido en puntos específicos del tejido. La dificultad de tomar medidas en puntos específicos impide la distinción de tejidos biológicos en áreas, y en particular en una región operatoria.La presente invención se caracteriza por establecer una discretización de la región operatoria en la que se lleva a cabo una pluralidad de medidas, no siendo necesario que todos los puntos de la discretización comprendan valores de medida y, para cada punto, se lleva a cabo una ponderación de valores, o bien de medida o bien de parámetros determinados a partir de la medida, donde la ponderación involucra valores vecinos de la discretización para poder discriminar el tipo de tejido.

La présente invention concerne une méthode et un dispositif de distinction de tissus biologiques dans une région opératoire in vivo dans des conditions cliniques réelles où l'existence de résidus, de particules en suspension qui se déposent dans la région opératoire, l'existence d'éléments tissulaires ou de liquides et autres agents externes, rendent difficile ou empêchent la prise de mesures qui permettent la distinction ultérieure de tissu à des endroits spécifiques du tissu. La difficulté de prendre des mesures à des endroits spécifiques empêche la distinction de tissus biologiques dans des zones, et en particulier dans une région opératoire. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle établit une discrétisation de la région opératoire dans laquelle on prend une pluralité de mesures, sans qu'il soit nécessaire que tous les points de la discrétisation comprennent des valeurs de mesure et, pour chaque point, on effectue une pondération de valeurs ou bien de mesure ou encore de paramètres déterminés à partir de la mesure, laquelle pondération implique des valeurs voisines de la discrétisation pour pouvoir distinguer le type de tissu.
