Abstract

A reduced calorie fruit or vegetable composition is provided. The reduced calorie fruit or vegetable composition comprises a juice extracted from a fruit or vegetable and water collected from the concentration of a fruit or vegetable juice, wherein the water is present at a concentration of less than 60% by weight. A method of preparing a reduced calorie fruit or vegetable composition is also provided.

L'invention concerne une composition à base de fruit ou de légume à teneur réduite en calories. La composition à base de fruit ou de légume à teneur réduite en calories comprend un jus extrait d'un fruit ou d'un légume et de l'eau collectée à partir de la concentration d'un jus de fruit ou de légume, l'eau étant présente à une concentration inférieure à 60 % en poids. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'une composition à base de fruit ou de légume à teneur réduite en calories.
