The subject matter of the invention is a cold-poured bituminous material, obtained by mixing a solid fraction, particularly a mineral solid fraction with a cationic bitumen emulsion, the cationic bitumen emulsion comprising an additive, characterized in that the additive is a thermoplastic polymer that is compatible with the bitumen, having at least one carboxylic acid function, the polymer being a polyester, a polyamide, a poly(ester amide), a polyether, a polyacrylate, a polydiene or a copolymer of vinyl and diene monomers. The invention also relates to the use of the bituminous material to make pavement layers, bonding layers or provisional pavement layers and its preparation method; a method for producing a pavement layer or bonding layer comprising the preparation of a cold-poured bituminous layer according to the invention; and the combined use in a cold-poured bituminous material prepared using a non-naphthenic bituminous binder (a) a cationic bitumen emulsion, (b) an additive as defined in the invention, and a mineral additive added to the solid fraction to improve the increased cohesion of the cold-poured bituminous material.

L'invention a pour objet un matériau bitumineux coulé à froid, obtenu par mélange d'une fraction solide, notamment d'une fraction solide minérale,avec une émulsion cationique de bitume, ladite émulsion cationique de bitume comprenant un additif, caractérisé en ce que ledit additif est un polymère thermoplastique compatible avec le bitume, ayant au moins une fonction acide carboxylique, le polymère étant un polyester, un polyamide, un poly (ester-amide), un polyéther, un polyacrylate, un polydiène, ou un copolymère de monomères diènes et vinyliques L'invention a également pour objet l'utilisation du matériau bitumineux pour la fabrication de couches de roulement, de couche d'accrochage ou de couche de roulement provisoire et son procédé de préparation; un procédé de fabrication de couche de roulement ou couche d'accrochage comprenant la préparation d'un matériau bitumineux coulé à froid selon l'invention; et l'utilisation combinée dans un matériau bitumineux coulé à froid préparé à partir d'un liant bitumineux non naphténique (a) d'une émulsion cationique de bitume, (b) d'un additif tel que défini dans l'invention, et d'additif minéral ajouté à la fraction solide, pour améliorer la montée en cohésion dudit matériau bitumineux coulé à froid.
