Verfahren zur Inbetriebnahme einer Kamerasteuerungseinheit (CCU) (1), die einen ersten Bearbeitungspfad für Videodaten definiert, wobei ein Betriebsprogramm für die CCU (1) aus einem nichtflüchtigen Programmspeicher (2, 6) in einen temporären Speicher (3) der CCU (1) geladen wird, und geprüft wird, ob eine Erweiterungseinheit (5) mit der CCU (1) verbunden ist, und wenn, dann zumindest ein Teil des Betriebsprogramms aus einem nichtflüchtigen Programmspeicher (6) der Erweiterungseinheit (5) in einen temporären Speicher (3) der CCU (1) geladen wird.

The invention relates to a method for putting into operation a camera control unit (CCU) (1), which defines a first processing path for video data, wherein an operating program for the CCU (1) is loaded into a temporary memory (3) of the CCU (1) from a non-volatile program memory (2, 6), and a check is performed to determine whether an extension unit (5) is connected to the CCU (1) and, if so, at least part of the operating program is loaded into a temporary memory (3) of the CCU (1) from a non-volatile program memory (6) of the extension unit (5).

L’invention concerne un procédé de mise en service d’une unité de commande de caméra (CCU) (1) qui définit un premier chemin de traitement de données vidéo. Un programme d’exploitation de la CCU (1) est chargé depuis une mémoire de programme non volatile (2, 6) dans une mémoire temporaire (3) de la CCU (1), et l’on vérifie si une unité d’extension (5) est reliée à la CCU (1) et si tel est le cas, au moins une partie du programme d’exploitation est chargée d’une mémoire de programme non volatile (6) de l’unité d’extension (5) dans une mémoire temporaire (3) de la CCU (1).
