Abstract

The present invention relates to achimeric antigen receptor comprising at least the following components: a) a peptidic structure capable of binding to a ligand; b) an extracellular spacing structure; c) a transmembrane domain; d) none or at least one co-stimulatory domain; and e) at least a TCR-derived activatory domain whereby a second TCR-derived activatory domain comprises the amino acid sequence RKGQRDLY (SEQ ID NO:1),which is capable to bind the lymphocyte specific Src kinase in a phosphorylation independent manner and its use in vectors for transducing T cells which are useful in the treatment of diseases, in particular tumors.

La présente invention concerne un récepteur antigénique chimérique comprenant au moins les composants suivants: a) une structure peptidique capable de se lier à un ligand; b) une structure d'espacement extracellulaire; c) un domaine transmembranaire; d) aucun ou au moins un domaine de co-stimulation; et e) au moins un domaine d'activation dérivé du TCR, de sorte qu'un second domaine d'activation dérivé du TCR comprend la séquence d'acides aminés RKGQRDLY (SEQ ID NO: 1), capable de se lier à la kinase Src spécifique des lymphocytes d'une manière indépendante de la phosphorylation et son utilisation dans des vecteurs pour la transduction de lymphocytes T qui sont utiles dans le traitement de maladies, en particulier de tumeurs.
