Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur dreidimensionalen Darstellung von Szenen mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung und einer räumlichen Lichtmodulationseinrichtung zur Modulation von auftreffendem Licht. In die räumliche Lichtmodulationseinrichtung wird ein Hologramm kodiert und das Hologramm wird aus einzelnen Subhologrammen (11, 12) aufgebaut, in die jeweils ein Objektpunkt (14, 15) eines mit dem Hologramm zu rekonstruierenden Objekts einer Szene kodiert wird. Die räumliche Lichtmodulationseinrichtung wird mittels der Beleuchtungseinrichtung in wenigstens einem Beleuchtungsabschnitt (40) mit im Wesentlichen kohärentem Licht beleuchtet. Eine Amplitudenverteilung und eine Phasenverteilung zur Darstellung der Szene und daraus abgeleitete Amplitudenwerte und Phasenwerte werden für eine Kodierung der räumlichen Lichtmodulationseinrichtung bestimmt. Die Amplitude des auf die räumliche Lichtmodulationseinrichtung auftreffenden Lichts in dem jeweiligen Beleuchtungsabschnitt (40) wird in Abhängigkeit zumindest eines zumindest aus den Amplitudenwerten in diesem Beleuchtungsabschnitt (40) bestimmten Kennwertes eingestellt.

The invention relates to a method and apparatus for the three-dimensional representation of scenes having an illuminating device and a three-dimensional light modulation device for the modulation of incident light. A hologram is coded into the three-dimensional light modulation device, and the hologram is assembled from individual sub-holograms (11, 12), into each of which is coded an object point (14, 15) of an object in a scene to be reconstructed with the hologram. The three-dimensional light modulation device is illuminated with substantially coherent light in at least one illumination section (40) by means of the illuminating device. An amplitude distribution and a phase distribution for representing the scene and amplitude values and phase values derived therefrom are determined for coding the three-dimensional light modulation device. The amplitude of the light incident on the three-dimensional light modulation device in each illumination section (40) is set depending on at least one characteristic value determined at least from the amplitude values in this illumination section (40).

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de représentation tridimensionnelle de scènes, comprenant un dispositif d'éclairage et un dispositif de modulation spatiale de la lumière pour moduler la lumière incidente. Un hologramme est codé dans le dispositif de modulation de lumière spatiale et l'hologramme est constitué de sous-hologrammes individuels (11, 12) dans lesquels est codé respectivement un point objet (14, 15) d'un objet à reconstruire avec l'hologramme d'une scène. Le dispositif de modulation spatiale de la lumière est éclairé par une lumière sensiblement cohérente au moyen du dispositif d'éclairage dans au moins une section d'éclairage (40). Une distribution d'amplitude et une distribution de phase pour représenter la scène et les valeurs d'amplitude et les valeurs de phase qui en dérivent sont déterminées pour un codage du dispositif de modulation de lumière spatiale. L'amplitude de la lumière incidente sur le dispositif de modulation de lumière spatiale dans la section d'éclairage (40) correspondante est réglée en fonction d'au moins une valeur caractéristique déterminée à partir d'au moins les valeurs d'amplitude dans cette section d'éclairage (40).
