Disclosed are optical elements and the methods of producing the same. The optical element contains two or more near infrared absorbers mixed in an optical substrate, and one or more functional film disposed on the optical substrate. The method of producing the optical element comprises mixing two near infrared absorbers with different near infrared wavelengths absorption ranges and residual colors with a precursor of an optical substrate. The mixture is subsequently processed to produce an optical element that has broad near infrared wavelength absorption range, a high near infrared absorption level, and/or homogeneous color distribution.

La présente invention concerne des éléments optiques et leurs procédés de fabrication. L'élément optique contient deux absorbeurs infrarouge proche ou plus mélangés dans un substrat optique et un ou plusieurs films fonctionnels disposés sur le substrat optique. Le procédé de production de l'élément optique consiste à mélanger deux absorbeurs infrarouge proche ayant différentes plages d'absorption de longueurs d'onde de l'infrarouge proche et des couleurs résiduelles avec un précurseur d'un substrat optique. Le mélange est ensuite traité pour produire un élément optique qui a une large plage d'absorption de longueur d'onde proche infrarouge, un niveau d'absorption dans l'infrarouge proche élevé et/ou une distribution de couleur homogène.
