Die Erfindung betrifft ein Federelement (1) zur Schwingungsdämpfung und/oder Federung eines Schienenfahrzeugs, mit wenigstens einem elastischen Dämpfungskörper (2) und wenigstens einer auf dem Dämpfungskörper (2) angeordneten, brandhemmenden Deckschicht (3), wobei die Deckschicht (3) wenigstens eine Ausgleichszone (4) aufweist, wobei die Ausgleichszone (4) im belasteten Zustand des Federelements (1) zusammengedrückt wird, so dass eine Faltenbildung der Deckschicht (3) verhindert wird, wobei die Deckschicht (3) und der Dämpfungskörper (2) zu einem Verbundelement (6) untrennbar vernetzt sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine Deckschicht und die Verwendung eines Federelements bzw. einer Deckschicht.

The invention relates to a spring element (1) for vibration damping and/or suspension of a rail vehicle, comprising at least one elastic damping body (2) and at least one fire-resistant cover layer (3) arranged on the damping body (2), the cover layer (3) having at least one compensation zone (4), wherein the compensation zone (4) is compressed in the loaded state of the spring element (1) such that wrinkling of the cover layer (3) is prevented, wherein the cover layer (3) and the damping body (2) are inseparably connected to form a composite element (6). The invention further relates to a cover layer and the use of a spring element or a cover layer.

L'invention concerne un élément ressort (1) destiné à l'amortissement des vibrations et/ou à la suspension d'un véhicule ferroviaire, comprenant au moins un corps amortisseur (2) élastique et au moins une couche de recouvrement (3) ignifuge disposée sur le corps amortisseur (2). La couche de recouvrement (3) possède au moins une zone de compensation (4) qui, à l'état chargé de l'élément ressort (1), est comprimée de manière à empêcher un plissage de la couche de recouvrement (3). La couche de recouvrement (3) et le corps amortisseur (2) sont réticulés de manière inséparable pour former un élément composite (6). L'invention concerne en outre une couche de recouvrement et l'utilisation d'un élément ressort ou d'une couche de recouvrement.
