Die Erfindung betrifft eine neuartige Formulierung, insbesondere eine, die zur Herstellung eines Isolationssystems mittels Anhydrid-freier Härtung einsetzbar ist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung die Herstellung eines Isolationssystems über die „Vacuum Pressure Impregnation - VPI -Prozesstechnik mit Tauchbad für die Tränkung glimmerbandisolierter Statoren elektrischer Maschinen wie Motoren und Generatoren. Durch die Erfindung konnte erstmals beim Anhydrid-freien Imprägnierharz im VPI-Prozess bei geringem Gehalt an Zinkverbindung und/oder Supersäuresalz als Beschleuniger im festen Isolierstoff und gegebenenfalls Supersäurensalz im flüssigen Imprägnierharz eine ausreichende Gelzeit für die Verarbeitung im VPI-Prozess erreicht werden.

The invention relates to a novel formulation, more particularly one that can be used to produce an insulation system by means of anhydride-free curing. The invention also relates to the production of an insulation system by means of the vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process with a dip bath for impregnating mica-tape-insulated stators of electric machines such as motors and generators. As a result of the invention, a sufficient gel time for processing in the VPI process has been achieved for the first time in anhydride-free impregnation resin in the VPI process with low content of zinc compound and/or superacid salt as accelerator in the solid insulation substance and optionally superacid salt in liquid impregnation resin.

L'invention concerne une formulation nouvelle, notamment une formulation qui peut être utilisée pour fabriquer un système d'isolation par durcissement sans anhydride. L'invention concerne en outre la fabrication d'un système d'isolation par procédé technique VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation - Imprégnation sous vide et pression) avec bain d'immersion pour l'imprégnation de stators isolés par bande de mica de machines électriques telles que des moteurs et des générateurs. L'invention a, pour la première fois, permis d'obtenir un temps de gel suffisant pour le traitement dans le procédé VPI avec une résine d'imprégnation sans anhydride dans le procédé VPI avec une faible teneur en composé de zinc et/ou en sel super acide comme accélérateur dans le matériau isolant solide et éventuellement en sel super acide dans la résine d'imprégnation liquide.
