Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzschalteinrichtung zum Koppeln eines Gleichspannungsabzweiges mit einem Plus- und einem Minusleiter an einen Gleichspannungsbus, wobei die Schutzschalteinrichtung eine Serienschaltung einer Schmelzsicherung und eines unidirektionalen Schaltmoduls aufweist, wobei das Schaltmodul eine Parallelschaltung eines steuerbaren, nur in einer ersten Stromrichtung leitfähigen Halbleiterschaltelementes und einer Diode, die in der entgegengesetzten Stromrichtung leitend ist, aufweist.

The invention relates to a circuit breaker device for coupling a DC voltage branch to a positive and a negative conductor on a DC voltage bus, wherein the circuit breaker device has a series circuit including a safety fuse and a unidirectional switch module, wherein the switch module has a parallel circuit including a controllable semiconductor switch element that is only conductive in a first current direction and a diode that is conductive in the opposite current direction.

L'invention concerne un disjoncteur destiné au couplage d'une branche de courant continu à un conducteur positif et un conducteur négatif d'une barre de courant continu, le disjoncteur présentant un montage en série d'un fusible et d'un module commutateur unidirectionnel, le module commutateur présentant un montage parallèle d'un élément semiconducteur contrôlable et conducteur uniquement dans un premier sens de courant et d'une diode qui est conductrice dans le sens de courant inverse.
