Es wird ein Konversionspartikel (1) angegeben mit - einem Kern (2), der mit einem Leuchtstoff gebildet ist, - einer Hülle (3), die mit einem Polysiloxan gebildet ist, wobei - die Hülle (3) eine Schichtdicke (D) zwischen zumindest 1 Mikrometer und höchstens 15 Mikrometer aufweist. Darüber hinaus werden ein Konversionselement und ein optoelektronisches Bauelement mit einem solchen Konversionspartikel angegeben. Zusätzlich wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Konversionspartikels angegeben.

A conversion particle (1) is specified comprising – a core (2) formed with a phosphor, – a shell (3) formed with a polysiloxane, wherein – the shell (3) has a layer thickness (D) of between at least 1 micrometer and at most 15 micrometers. Furthermore, a conversion element and an optoelectronic component comprising such a conversion particle are specified. In addition, a method for producing a conversion particle is specified.

La présente invention concerne une particule de conversion (1) comprenant - un noyau (2) qui est formé d’une substance luminescente, - une enveloppe (3) qui est formée d’un polysiloxane, - l’enveloppe (3) comprenant une épaisseur de couche (D) entre au moins un 1 micromètre et au plus 15 micromètres. La présente invention concerne en outre un élément de conversion et un composant optoélectronique ayant une particule de conversion de ce genre.
