Modulares Rahmensystem für Stapelverbünde im Industrieanlagenbau zur Aufnahme von funktional koppelbaren Anlagenteilen oder Anlagenkomponenten, wobei die Rahmen des Systems in beliebiger orthogonaler Ausrichtung stapel- und koppelbar ausgeführt sind, wobei kubische erste Rahmen vorgesehen sind, welche jeweils aus mit Riegeln verbundenen Eckstützen bestehen, zweite Rahmen vorgesehen sind, welche aus mindestens zwei, mit einem Abstand verbundenen, ersten Rahmen bestehen, die Rahmen als statisch bestimmende, primäre Rahmenteile und die Anlagenteile oder Anlagenkomponenten aufnehmende sekundäre Rahmenteile ausgebildet sind, weiterhin die zweiten Rahmen als transportfähige Einheiten statisch so realisiert und verbunden sind, dass die Anlagenteile oder Anlagenkomponenten während des Transportes in horizontaler Lage sicher aufgenommen werden und ein Aufrichten vor Ort in eine vertikale Lage erfolgen kann und die für die jeweilige Industrieanlage erforderliche Anzahl und Anordnung der ersten und zweiten Rahmen mit den aufgenommenen Anlagenteilen oder Anlagenkomponenten vor Ort einen selbsttragenden Verbund frei von zusätzlichen statischen Verbänden bilden, wobei das Koppeln der Rahmen momentfrei statisch gelenkig ausgeführt ist.

The invention relates to a modular frame system for stacking assemblies in industrial system construction for receiving functionally coupleable system parts or system components. The frame of the system is designed to be stackable or coupleable in any orthogonal orientation, wherein cubic first frames are provided, each of which consists of corner supporters connected by bars; second frames are provided which consist of at least two first frames connected in a spaced manner; and the frames are designed as statically determining primary frame parts and secondary frame parts which receive the system parts or system components. Furthermore, the second frames are implemented and connected statically in the form of transportable units such that the system parts or system components are received in a secured manner in a horizontal position during transport and can be oriented into a vertical position in situ. The arrangement of the first and second frames and the number thereof required for each industrial system together with the received system parts or system components form a self-supporting composite in situ free of additional static assemblies, wherein the frames are coupled in a torque-free statically articulated manner.

L'invention concerne un système de cadre modulaire pour combinaisons empilables dans le domaine de la construction d'installations industrielles, le système de cadre étant destiné à recevoir des pièces ou composants d'installation pouvant être couplés fonctionnellement, les cadres du système étant réalisés de façon à pouvoir être empilés et couplés dans une orientation orthogonale quelconque, des premiers cadres cubiques composés chacun de montants d'angles reliés à des verrous étant disposés, des seconds cadres composés d'au moins deux premiers cadres reliés avec un écartement, les cadres étant réalisés sous la forme de pièces de cadre primaires déterminantes de manière statique, et les pièces ou composants d'installation étant réalisés sous la forme de pièces de cadre secondaires réceptrices, les seconds cadres étant en outre réalisés sous la forme d'unités transportables et reliés de sorte que les pièces ou composants d'installation sont reçus de manière sûre en position horizontale pendant le transport, qu'un redressement sur place dans une position verticale peut avoir lieu, et que le nombre requis de premiers et seconds cadres pour l'installation industrielle concernée et leur disposition forment sur place, avec les pièces ou composants d'installation reçus, une combinaison autoporteuse exempte d'assemblages statiques supplémentaires, le couplage des cadres étant articulé statiquement sans moment.
