Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Klassifizierung einer Polysomnographie-Aufnahme in definierte Schlafstadien, wobei das Verfahren im Wesentlichen folgende Schritte umfasst: · Einteilung des Schlafs eines Menschen in verschiedene identifizierbare Schlafstadien, · Erfassung einer Vielzahl von Informationen zu Körperfunktionen über einen vorgegebenen Zeitraum in Form von Daten, wobei die Daten wenigstens einen Datensatz eines Datentyps erster Art umfassen, mittels dessen die Schlafstadien identifizierbar sind; · Unterteilung der erfassten Daten in zeitabhängige Datenblöcke; · manuelles Auswählen einer begrenzten Anzahl von Trainingsdatenblöcken aus den Datenblöcken und Zuordnen zu einem Schlafstadium, · Auswertung des Datensatzes erster Art eines jeden Trainingsdatenblocks mittels eines Datenaufbereitungsverfahrens; · Erstellung von Trainingsobjekten, wobei jedes Trainingsobjekt die ausgewerteten Datensätze erster Art eines Trainingsdatenblocks und die Zuordnung des Trainingsdatenblocks zu einem Schlafstadium umfasst; · Übermittlung der Trainingsobjekte an eine Support Vector Machine zur Erstellung einer Klassifizierung; · Übermittlung wenigstens eines Teils der Datenblöcke, die nicht als Trainingsdatenblöcke ausgewählt wurden, an die Support Vector Machine.

The invention relates to a method for classifying a polysomnography recording into defined sleep stages, the method comprising essentially the following steps: dividing the sleep of a person into different identifiable sleep stages; capturing a plurality of pieces of information regarding bodily functions over a specified time period in the form of data, the data comprising at least one data set of a data type of a first nature, by means of which data set the sleep stages can be identified; splitting the captured data into time-dependent data blocks; manually selecting a limited number of training data blocks from the data blocks and associating them with a sleep stage; evaluating the data set of the first nature of each training data block by means of a data-processing method; creating training objects, each training object comprising the evaluated data sets of the first nature of a training data block and the association of the training data block with a sleep stage; transmitting the training objects to a support vector machine for creating a classification; transmitting at least some of the data blocks that were not selected as training data blocks to the support vector machine.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la classification d'un enregistrement de polysomnographie dans des stades de sommeil définis, le procédé comprenant essentiellement les étapes suivantes : · division du sommeil d'une personne en différents stades de sommeil identifiables, · détection d'une pluralité d'informations concernant les fonctions corporelles pendant une période de temps prédéfinie sous forme de données, les données comprenant au moins un ensemble de données d'un type de données d'un premier genre, au moyen desquelles les stades de sommeil peuvent être identifiés; ·subdivision des données détectées en blocs de données dépendant du temps; sélection manuelle d'un nombre limité de blocs de données d'apprentissage à partir des blocs de données et attribution à un stade de sommeil, · évaluation de l'ensemble de données de premier genre de chaque bloc de données d'apprentissage au moyen d'un procédé de préparation de données; · génération d'objets d'apprentissage, chaque objet d'apprentissage comprenant les ensembles de données de premier genre évalués d'un bloc de données d'apprentissage et l'attribution du bloc de données d'apprentissage à un stade de sommeil; · transmission des objets d'apprentissage à une machine à vecteurs de support pour la génération d'une classification; · transmission d'au moins une partie des blocs de données, qui n'ont pas été sélectionnés comme blocs de données d'apprentissage, à la machine à vecteurs de support.
