Abstract

The present invention relates to a seal system for gas turbine, the seal comprising a stator (4) and a blade (3) with a blade tip (25) facing the stator (4). The blade comprises a protective ceramic coating (21) having an inner ceramic layer (19) being made of a partially stabilized zirconia and having at least a partially segmented microstructure in form of vertical cracks. The ceramic coating (21) further comprises an outer ceramic layer made of fully stabilized zirconia and having a segmented microstructure. Preferably, the entire airfoil surface is provided with the protective ceramic coating (21). With the fully stabilized zirconia coating on tip (25) of a blade which faces a casing with a ceramic coating (16) would results in a better sealing system. The stator (4) comprises an abradable coating (15) having at least an outer ceramic coating being made of fully stabilized or ytterbium stabilized zirconia.

La présente invention concerne un système d'étanchéité pour turbine à gaz, le joint comprenant un stator (4) et une aube (3) dotée d'une pointe d'aube (25) faisant face au stator (4). L'aube comprend un revêtement céramique protecteur (21) ayant une couche céramique interne (19) constituée d'une zircone partiellement stabilisée et ayant au moins une microstructure partiellement segmentée sous la forme de fissures verticales. Le revêtement céramique (21) comprend en outre une couche céramique externe constituée de zircone entièrement stabilisée et ayant une microstructure segmentée. De préférence, la totalité de la surface portante est pourvue du revêtement céramique protecteur (21). Le revêtement de zircone entièrement stabilisé sur la pointe (25) d'une aube faisant face à une enveloppe dotée d'un revêtement céramique (16) conduirait à un meilleur système d'étanchéité. Le stator (4) comprend un revêtement abradable (15) ayant au moins un revêtement céramique externe constitué de zircone totalement stabilisée ou stabilisée à l'ytterbium.
