Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Veredelung von flächenförmigen textilen Materialien durch Ausrüsten mit flüssigen Substanzen oder Substanzgemischen, wobei die Substanzen oder Substanzgemische Partikel in gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Größe enthalten können, mittels gesteuertem, gezieltem Auftragen unter Anwendung von Drucktechnologien in Form von Einzeldruckköpfen oder einem oder mehreren Druckbalken mit einer Vielzahl von Druckköpfen, wobei entweder eine rezepturbasierte Mischung eines Compounds erstellt und anschließend der Auftrag erfolgt oder Einzelsubstanzen mit mehreren Druckköpfen nass-in-nass zu einer gemischten Ausrüstungsschicht aufgetragen werden.

The invention relates to a method for enhancing flat textile materials via finishing with fluid substances or substance mixtures, wherein the substances or substance mixtures can contain particles of similar or different sizes, by means of controlled, targeted application using printing technologies in the form of individual printing heads or one or more printing beams with a plurality of printing heads, wherein either a recipe-based mixture of a compound is created and then applied, or individual substances are applied wet-on-wet with multiple printing heads to form a mixed finishing layer.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'anoblissement de matériaux textiles plats par apprêt à l'aide de substances ou de mélanges de substances liquides, les substances ou les mélanges de substances pouvant contenir des particules de dimensions identiques ou différentes, au moyen d'une application régulée, ciblée à l'aide de technologies d'impression sous forme de têtes d'impression uniques ou d'une ou de plusieurs barres d'impression présentant une pluralité de têtes d'impression. Un mélange d'un compound basé sur une formulation est préparé et l'application est ensuite réalisée ou alors des substances individuelles sont appliquées humide-sur-humide en une couche d'apprêt mixte à l'aide de plusieurs têtes d'impression.
