Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erstellung einer Dampfspaltanlage (100), wobei die Dampfspaltanlage (100) einen Spaltofen (10) mit einer Konvektionszone (11) und einer Strahlungszone (12) aufweist und wobei durch die Strahlungszone (12) Spaltrohre (122) geführt und über eine oder mehrere Transferleitungen (14) mit einem oder mit mehreren Quenchwärmetauschern (15) verbunden werden. Es ist vorgesehen, dass zumindest ein Teil der Strahlungszone (12) in Form eines oder mehrerer Ofenmodule (II— V) mit den Spaltrohren (122) an einem Vormontageort vorgefertigt wird, wobei das oder die Ofenmodule (II— V) an einen Erstellungsort transportiert und an dem Erstellungsort zur Erstellung der Dampfspaltanlage (100) verwendet wird oder werden. Ein entsprechender Modulsatz ist ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung.

The invention relates to a method for producing a steam cracking system (100). The steam cracking system (100) has a cracking furnace (10) with a convection zone (11) and a radiation zone (12), and cracking tubes (122) are led through the radiation zone (12) and are connected to one or more quenching heat exchangers (15) via one or more transfer lines (14). At least one part of the radiation zone (12) is prefabricated in the form of one or more furnace modules (II— V) together with the cracking tubes (122) at a pre-assembly location, wherein the furnace module(s) (II— V) is/are transported to a production location and is/are used at the production location in order to produce the steam cracking system (100). La présente invention concerne un procédé pour construire une installation de vapocraquage (100), ladite installation de vapocraquage (100) présentant un four de craquage (10) comprenant une zone de convection (11) et une zone de rayonnement (12) et des tubes de craquage (122) étant guidés dans la zone de rayonnement (12) et reliés au moyen d'une ou plusieurs lignes de transfert (14), à un ou plusieurs échangeurs de chaleur à refroidissement rapide (15). Selon l’invention, au moins une partie de la zone de rayonnement (12) se présentant sous la forme d’un ou plusieurs modules de four (II-V) est préfabriquée avec les tubes de craquage (122) sur un site de prémontage, le ou les modules de four (II-V) étant transportés dans un site de construction et utilisés sur le site de construction pour construire l’installation de vapocraquage (100). La présente invention concerne également un ensemble de modules correspondant.
