Die Erfindung betrifft Vorrichtungen (24.1, 24.2, 10) und Verfahren zur Verwendung bei der Großserienherstellung von Zellverbünden (36) für Batterien mit Elektroden (14.1, 14.2) und Separatorschichten (20). Um die Prozesssicherheit und die Geschwindigkeit zu verbessern, wird bei der Bereitstellung von Elektrodensträngen (26.1, 26.2) aus einer Separatorbahn (28.1, 28.2) und darauf fixierten Elektroden vorgeschlagen, ein Vereinzeln der Elektroden (14.1, 14.2) von einem bahnförmigen Elektrodensubstrat (40) auf einem sich bewegenden Träger (48) einer Fördereinrichtung (46) derart durchzuführen, dass wenigstens zwei Kanten (122.2, 123) der Elektroden (14.1, 14.2) in einem Schneidprozess geschnitten werden und/oder dass relativ zueinander bewegbare Trägersegmenten (86) des Trägers (48) zum Schneiden aneinander angenähert und zum Fixieren der dann vereinzelten Elektroden (30.1, 30.2) mehr voneinander beabstandet werden.

The invention relates to apparatuses (24.1, 24.2, 10) and methods for use in the mass production of cell composites (36) for batteries comprising electrodes (14.1, 14.2) and separator layers (20). L'invention concerne des dispositifs (24.1, 24.2, 10) et des procédés destinés à être utilisés dans la production en masse de groupements de cellules (36) pour des batteries comprenant des électrodes (14.1, 14.2) et des couches de séparation (20).
