Um ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Behandlungsanlage bereitzustellen, mittels welchem eine optimierte Werkstückbehandlung ermöglicht wird, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Behandlungsanlage Folgendes umfasst: Hindurchführen von Werkstücken durch ein mit einem Behandlungsmedium gefülltes Behandlungsbecken zum Behandeln der Werkstücke; Abspülen der Werkstücke mit einem Spülmedium, während und/oder nachdem diese aus dem Behandlungsbecken herausgeführt werden; Herstellung von Spülmedium aus dem Behandlungsmedium, wobei das Spülmedium mittels einer Aufbereitungsvorrichtung vorzugsweise durch Filtration, insbesondere Nanofiltration, des Behandlungsmediums hergestellt wird.

The invention relates to a method for operating a treatment system, by means of which an optimized workpiece treatment is facilitated. The method for operating a treatment system has the following steps: guiding workpieces through a treatment basin filled with a treatment medium in order to treat the workpieces; rinsing the workpieces with a rinsing medium while and/or after the workpieces are guided out of the treatment basin; and producing the rinsing medium from the treatment medium, wherein the rinsing medium is produced by means of a preparation device by filtering, in particular nano-filtering, the treatment medium.

L'objectif de l'invention est de fournir un procédé de fonctionnement d'une installation de traitement permettant un traitement de pièces optimisé. À cette fin, l'invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'une installation de traitement consistant à : faire passer des pièces par un bassin de traitement rempli d'un fluide de traitement pour traiter les pièces ; rincer les pièces avec un fluide de rinçage pendant et/ou après que celles-ci sont passées dans le bassin de traitement ; et produire un fluide de rinçage à partir du fluide traitement, le fluide de rinçage étant produit à l'aide d'un dispositif de retraitement, de préférence par filtration, en particulier par nanofiltration, du fluide de traitement.
