Die Erfindung betrifft eine thermoplastische Elastomerzusammensetzung, die ein Styrol-Blockcopolymer (SBC), ein Polyolefin oder thermoplastisches Elastomer auf Copolyester-Basis und unbeschichtete Glashohlkugeln aufweist, wobei das Polyolfin oder thermoplastische Elastomer durch Pfropfungsreaktion mit einem Vinylalkoxysilan, einem Vinylacyloxysilan, einem Methacryloxyalkylalkoxysilan oder einem Methacryloxyalkylacyloxysilan oder mit einem Anhydrid einer ungesättigten organischen Säure funktionalisiert ist. Ebenso betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines thermoplastischen Elastomers unter Verwendung der thermoplastischen Elastomerzusammensetzung sowie das dabei erhaltene thermoplastische Elastomer. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung auch diverse Verwendungen des thermoplastischen Elastomers, bei denen ein thermoplastisches Elastomer mit geringer Dichte und trotzdem guten mechanischen Eigenschaften benötigt wird.

The invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a styrene block copolymer (SBC), a polyolefin or copolyester-based thermoplastic elastomer and uncoated hollow glass spheres, the polyolefin or thermoplastic elastomer being functionalized by a grafting reaction with a vinylalkoxysilane, a vinyl acyloxysilane, a methacryloxyalkylalkoxysilane or a methacryloxyalkyl acyloxysilane or with an anhydride of an unsaturated organic acid. The invention also relates to a method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer using the thermoplastic elastomer composition, and the thermoplastic elastomer obtained thereby. Furthermore, the invention also relates to various uses of the thermoplastic elastomer, where a thermoplastic elastomer having low density and nevertheless good mechanical properties is required.

La présente invention concerne une composition élastomère thermoplastique présentant un copolymère à blocs de styrène (SBC), une polyoléfine ou un élastomère thermoplastique à base de copolyester ainsi que des billes de verre creuses non revêtues, la polyoléfine ou l'élastomère thermoplastique étant fonctionnalisé(e) par réaction de greffage avec un vinylalcoxysilane, un vinylacyloxysilane, un méthacryloxyalkylalcoxysilane ou un méthacryloxyalkylacyloxysilane ou avec un anhydride d'acide organique insaturé. L’invention concerne également un procédé de production d’un élastomère thermoplastique à l’aide de la composition élastomère thermoplastique, ainsi que l’élastomère thermoplastique ainsi obtenu. L’invention concerne également diverses utilisations de l’élastomère thermoplastique qui nécessitent un élastomère thermoplastique de faible densité et malgré tout de bonnes propriétés mécaniques.
