A pixel structure, an array substrate and a display device. The pixel structure comprises: a pixel defining layer (202), which has a first side and a second side opposite to each other in the thickness direction of the pixel defining layer (202), and which comprises a pixel opening (120) that has side walls (121); an island portion (130) arranged in the pixel opening (120) of the pixel defining layer (202) and spaced apart from the side walls (121) of the pixel opening (120), wherein the island portion (130) has side walls (131), and the side walls (121) of the pixel opening (120) and the side walls (131) of the island portion (130) define annular pixel grooves (300); and light-emitting units (301), at least one part of each light-emitting unit (301) being disposed in the annular pixel grooves (300).
