[2] The above features are well-known in the art. Therefore, they do not have the same or corresponding special technical feature. The first invention of claims (1, 16) and the second invention of claim 20 are not so linked as to form a single general inventive concept, and do not satisfy the criteria set out in PCT Rule13.1, 13.2.
