The invention relates to a copolymer polycarbonate having self-repairing function and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: first, mixing reducing sugar, an oxetane derivative and a first catalyst and heating the mixture to 50-80°C, and performing mixing reaction for 0.5h-2h so as to get a first product; adding dihydric alcohol, dibasic ester and a second catalyst to the first product, then heating to 180-220°C and performing heat-preservation reaction for 2h-4h so as to obtain an oligomer; and heating the oligomer to 230-270°C and performing heat-preservation reaction for 1h-3h so as to obtain the copolymer polycarbonate having self-repairing function. The self-repairing copolymer polycarbonate material prepared according to the invention has self-repairing property and biodegradability, thereby ensuring the consistency and uniformity of product. In addition, a block introduced into the main chain is green and environmentally friendly, thus the original intention of cleaner production for polycarbonate is not changed.

La présente invention concerne un polycarbonate copolymère ayant une fonction d’auto-réparation et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant : premièrement, à mélanger du sucre réducteur, un dérivé oxétane et un premier catalyseur et à chauffer le mélange à 50 à 80 °C, et à réaliser une réaction de mélange durant 0,5 h à 2 h afin d’obtenir un premier produit ; à ajouter de l’alcool dihydrique, de l’ester dibasique et un second catalyseur au premier produit, puis à chauffer à 180 à 220 °C et à réaliser une réaction de conservation de chaleur durant 2 h à 4 h afin d’obtenir un oligomère ; et à chauffer l’oligomère jusqu’à 230 à 270 °C et à réaliser la réaction de conservation de chaleur durant 1 h à 3 h afin d’obtenir le polycarbonate copolymère ayant une fonction d’auto-réparation. Le matériau polycarbonate copolymère d’auto-réparation préparé selon l’invention présente une propriété d’auto-réparation et de biodégradabilité, garantissant ainsi la cohérence et l’uniformité du produit. De plus, un bloc introduit dans la chaîne principale est écologique et respectueux de l’environnement, ainsi l’intention d’origine de production de l’agent nettoyant pour le polycarbonate n’est pas modifiée.

本发明涉及一种具有自修复功能的共聚聚碳酸酯及其制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:首先将还原性糖、氧杂环丁烷衍生物和第一催化剂混合后加热到50℃~80℃,搅拌反应0.5h~2h,得到第一产物;向第一产物中加入二元醇、二元酯和第二催化剂,然后加热至180℃~220℃保温反应2h~4h,得到低聚物;将低聚物加热至230℃~270℃并保温反应1h~3h,得到具有自修复功能的共聚聚碳酸酯。本发明的方法制备的自修复共聚聚碳酸酯材料具有自修复性和可生物降解性,保证了产品的一致性和均匀性。另外,引入主链的嵌段绿色环保,未改变聚碳酸酯清洁生产的初衷。
