An apparatus for the continuous preparation of a natural gas hydrate microsphere, comprising a crystallization chamber (1), a grinding chamber (2), a microsphere preparation chamber (3), a microsphere storage chamber (4), a temperature control system, a pressure control system, a gas and solution servo system (7), and a mechanical transmission servo system. The entire process of hydrate microsphere preparation is completed in a high-pressure environment. Meanwhile, a grinding step is added into the hydrate formation and microsphere pressing preparation processes. The four processes required in the preparation of the natural gas hydrate microsphere are clearly described, that is, crystallization, grinding, pressing and storage. Moreover, hydrate formation, grinding, and microsphere pressing are completed respectively in three high-pressure gas chambers which are connected to each other. The structure of the device is clear, and the safety level and running fluency are high. The present invention may simulate a low temperature and high-pressure environment, simulating temperatures from room temperature to -20°C and pressures of 0-10 MPa, which is beneficial for enriching a natural gas hydrate dynamic research method and promoting the application of a hydrate method gas storage and transportation technology.

L'invention concerne un appareil permettant de préparer de manière continue une microsphère d'hydrate de gaz naturel, comprenant une chambre (1) de cristallisation, une chambre (2) de broyage, une chambre (3) de préparation de microsphères, une chambre (4) de stockage de microsphères, un système de régulation de température, un système de régulation de pression, un système (7) d'asservissement de gaz et de solution, et un système d'asservissement à transmission mécanique. L'ensemble du processus de préparation de microsphères d'hydrate est réalisé dans un environnement à haute pression. Une étape de broyage est ajoutée dans la formation d'hydrates et des procédés de préparation de pressage de microsphères. Les quatre procédés requis dans la préparation de la microsphère d'hydrate de gaz naturel sont clairement décrits, à savoir la cristallisation, le broyage, le pressage et le stockage. De plus, la formation d'hydrates, le broyage et le pressage de microsphères sont achevés respectivement dans trois chambres de gaz à haute pression reliées l'une à l'autre. La structure du dispositif est claire, et le niveau de sécurité et la fluidité d’exécution sont élevés. La présente invention peut simuler un environnement à basse température et haute pression, simulant des températures allant de la température ambiante à -20 °C et des pressions de 0 à 10 MPa, qui est bénéfique pour enrichir un procédé de recherche dynamique d'hydrate de gaz naturel et pour favoriser l'utilisation d'une technologie de stockage et de transport par procédé d'hydrate de gaz.

一种天然气水合物小球的连续制备装置,包括结晶仓(1),研磨仓(2),小球制备仓(3),小球存储仓(4),温度控制系统,压力控制系统,气体和溶液伺服系统(7)以及机械传动伺服系统。水合物小球的制备过程全部置于高压环境下完成,同时,在水合物形成和小球压制两道制备工序中加入了研磨工序,明确了天然气水合物小球制备所需经历的结晶、研磨、压制和存储四道工序。另外,将水合物形成、研磨、小球压制分别在三个相互连接的高压气体仓内完成,使设备结构清晰且具有较高的安全性以及运行流畅性。能够模拟室温到零下20℃和0-10MPa的低温高压环境,有利于丰富气体水合物动力学研究方法和推进水合物法气体储运技术的应用。
