An in vitro detection device and a sample loading mechanism thereof. The sample loading mechanism (1) of the in vitro detection device is provided with a sample loading unit (2). The sample loading unit (2) comprises a sample adding hole (111), a sample loading hole (161), and a quantification cavity (160) having a rated volume. The sample adding hole (111) is communicated with the quantification cavity (160) for adding a sample solution to the quantification cavity (160). The sample loading hole (161) is communicated with the quantification cavity (160) for loading the quantitative sample solution in the quantification cavity (160) to a detection mechanism (20). The sample loading hole (161) is closed by a water-soluble membrane (6). A sample loading unit (2) comprising a quantification cavity (160) having a rated volume is provided, the sample loading hole (161) of the sample loading unit (2) is closed by a water-soluble membrane (6), so that the sample loading hole (161) can be opened with a delay, and then after sample adding, the added sample solution can be quantified, without the need to use additional sample adding device having a quantification function to quantify the sample solution. The operation is simple, facilitating improving detection efficiency, and the loading amount error of the solution can be reduced, facilitating improving the accuracy of the detection result.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection in vitro et un mécanisme de chargement d'échantillon associé.
