Disclosed is a process for manufacturing a flexible LCD, the process comprising the following steps: S1: cutting, in which a flexible conducting film is cut into large substrates of 5 cm to 10 cm; S2: baking; S3: primary attachment, in which the flexible conducting films are attached to a flat panel: S4: cleaning, in which the flexible conducting films are attached to the flat panel and cleaned in sequence; S5: forming of holes; S6: secondary attachment, in which the flexible conducting films are attached to the flat panel and subjected to rubbing, cleaning, etc. in sequence; S7: cutting, in which a laser machine is used to cut an empty LCD cell into single-grain liquid crystal cells; and S8: liquid crystal filling, in which a liquid crystal filling operation is carried out. By means of the process for manufacturing a flexible LCD, the formed LCD is much more durable than existing screens, has a reduced probability of causing accidental damage to a device, and has the advantages of being thin, having a good flexibility, resistance to curling, being difficult to break, a high safety coefficient, light weight, etc.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un LCD flexible, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : S1 : le découpage, dans lequel un film conducteur flexible est découpé en grands substrats de 5 cm à 10 cm ; S2 : la cuisson ; S3 : la fixation primaire, dans laquelle les films conducteurs flexibles sont fixés à un panneau plat : S4 : le nettoyage, dans lequel les films conducteurs flexibles sont fixés au panneau plat et nettoyés en séquence ; S5 : la formation de trous ; S6 : la fixation secondaire, dans laquelle les films conducteurs flexibles sont fixés au panneau plat et soumis à un frottement, nettoyage, etc ; S7 : le découpage, dans lequel une machine laser est utilisée pour découper une cellule LCD vide en cellules à cristaux liquides à simple grain ; et S8 : le remplissage de cristaux liquides, dans lequel une opération de remplissage de cristaux liquides est effectuée. Au moyen du procédé de fabrication d'un LCD flexible, le LCD formé est beaucoup plus durable que les écrans existants, a une probabilité réduite de causer des dommages accidentels à un dispositif, et présente les avantages d'être mince, d'avoir une bonne flexibilité, d'avoir une bonne résistance au gondolage, d'être difficile à casser, d'avoir un coefficient de sécurité élevé, d'avoir un poids léger, etc.
